Donald E. "Don" Bourland

Donald E. Bourland is primarily engaged in the practice of real estate related law and business. Mr. Bourland has represented start up and established companies in their legal endeavors. He has served commercial developers, lenders, real estate borrowers, commercial lessors and lessees and lenders in foreclosure and work out issues. Mr. Bourland's practice includes residential real estate related representation of both sellers and borrowers. He has counseled developers regarding commercial and residential projects. His practice is devoted, as well, to title insurance and land title law and includes title company insurance defense as well as examination of title and evaluation of title insurance underwriting questions.
