Lancelot L. Minor III

Lance Minor handles a wide variety of business and commercial matters in representing and advising financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in the purchase and sale of businesses, secured lending transactions, corporate matters, and work-outs, as well as representing individuals and business entities in various types of litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Lance also regularly handles real estate transactional matters, wills, trusts, and probate matters. He practices in all of the Tennessee and federal courts, appears regularly before municipal boards and tribunals, and is licensed also in the courts of the state of Mississippi.

Served as arbitration panel member and numerous times as counsel for parties in a wide variety of arbitration and mediation proceedings

Approved Closing Counsel for all national title insurance companies, in commercial and residential transactions.
